A background in real estate or mortgage is a plus. A history of working in financial services is also helpful.
Responsibilities include:
* Organization and systematization of all client files and paperwork
* Dealing with customers as a front-line representative of the company, answering questions and processing their requests.
* Screen phone and emails and handle as much of it as possible.
* Must be willing to roll up your sleeves and help do whatever needs to be done.
* The work environment is informal, but we are formal about time.
* Need to be comfortable WITHOUT a lot of corporate formalities and be a clear communicator who will speak plainly and believes in work/life balance and making the workplace fun and fulfilling.
