This position coordinates the review and execution of all pooling and servicing agreements (PSAs), whole loan servicing agreements, mortgage servicing rights (MSR) purchases, joint marketing agreements (JMAs), as well as other legal documents related to the transfer of loans. Daily interaction with the client, client counsel, and internal counsel to facilitate questions, provide feedback on documents, and work with internal department heads to resolve issues found during the document review process. Principal Duties: 1. Facilitate phone calls and emails from the client and counsel with accurate and timely responses to inquiries. 2. Closely track all outstanding documents and drive the process to ensure timely execution. 3. Coordinate applicable updates to internal systems that house key data points from executed servicing agreements. 4. Provide regular updates on the status of all outstanding document reviews to Transaction Manager. 5. Assist in negotiating various business points within documents with the client to come to an amicable agreement. 6. All other duties as assigned. Job Specifications: 1. Strong customer service skills, ability to understand, interpret and communicate client needs. 2. Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are required. 3. Mortgage servicing experience. 4. Ability to understand and communicate new processes, ability to adapt to change and respond effectively in a fast paced environment. 5. Strong organization and project management skills. 6. Experience reading legal documents preferred. 7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
