Transaction Processor Associate III
Pay Rate: $21.02/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8am-5pm
Position Summary
The Transaction Processor Associate III reports to the Transaction Processing Supervisor and supports a variety of transaction processing projects, including Open Enrollment transaction support.
This position is responsible for researching, analyzing, and updating consumer information across multiple systems while maintaining a high level of accuracy, productivity, and quality. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with established production and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Process transactions and complete assigned tasks accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
- Research, analyze, and update consumer information using multiple systems.
- Provide transaction processing support during Open Enrollment.
- Meet or exceed established daily productivity standards.
- Maintain required quality standards as outlined in the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).
- Identify, document, and correct errors or quality issues.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of applicable procedures, processes, and operating systems.
- Complete assignments within established timelines and contract requirements.
- Provide professional and courteous service to internal and external customers, including consumers and project partners.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when working with coworkers, consumers, and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability as processes, priorities, and business needs change.
- Report to work on time and be prepared to perform assigned responsibilities at the beginning of each shift.
- Follow all applicable project and site attendance policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Preferred Experience & Education
- College degree preferred.
- Previous experience with eligibility determination, transaction processing, healthcare benefits, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working in a high-volume processing or administrative environment is a plus.

- Ability to type at least 45 words per minute (WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Work Environment & Schedule
- Primarily an office-based work environment.
- Fast-paced, high-volume environment with established productivity and quality expectations.
- Overtime, evening hours, and occasional weekend work may be required, based on business needs.
- Employees are expected to follow all applicable project and attendance policies.
