About the Team

The Transaction Management team is the engine behind every sale. We are a detail-oriented, process-driven group that ensures every transaction moves forward smoothly and compliantly. By partnering closely with title companies, escrow officers, and HOAs, we manage the transaction lifecycle with precision.

As a Transaction Support Associate, you will handle the critical operational tasks that keep our deals on track and ensure a seamless experience for our customers.


Role Responsibilities

  • Financial & Documentation: Initiate earnest money and option fee wire transfers; review insurance claims and collect declaration documents for accuracy.

  • HOA Management: Obtain and verify HOA demand documents; research litigations/violations and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Property Compliance: Verify solar panel agreements and ensure all specialty property documentation is captured.

  • Operational Logistics: Coordinate guard gate access, initiate property work orders, and validate final closing documents.

  • Communication: Act as a primary liaison for HOAs and title/escrow companies via phone and email to resolve outstanding items.

  • System Management: Utilize Zendesk and internal platforms to track high-volume transaction activity and maintain meticulous records.

Bonus Points If...

  • You have prior experience in title, escrow, mortgage, or real estate operations.

  • You are familiar with HOA processes and documentation.

  • You have experience using Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.

  • You have an interest in using AI tools and automation to improve professional workflows.


Requirements

  • In-Office: This role is based at our Phoenix, AZ office (not a remote position).

  • Availability: Must be able to work the standard 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM shift.
