Role Overview

Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Transaction Review Partners.

This is not a traditional employment role. Partners operate as independent contractors, activated through Initio Sphere’s certification and verification process.

Once approved, partners:

• Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform

• Gain access to real deal flow and paid transaction review work

• Support investors, fund managers, and operators by validating, reviewing, and assuring transaction quality and compliance

• Build a verified track record and Analyst Rating Score

Certification tiers: Senior Partner · Lead Partner · Partner / Associate Partner

Partner Levels & Pay Ranges

Senior Partner

• Rating Score: 90–100

• Pay: $150–200/hour

• Typical Background: Ex-investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or senior consulting professionals with 5+ years in transaction oversight, deal assurance, or risk review

Lead Partner

• Rating Score: 80–89

• Pay: $100–150/hour

• Typical Background: Finance professionals with 3–5 years in transaction review, compliance, or investment support

Partner / Associate

• Rating Score: 60–79

• Pay: $50–100/hour

• Typical Background: Entry to mid-level professionals with strong analytical and documentation skills in deal support or transaction monitoring

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Depending on your certification approvals, Transaction Review Partners may be engaged for:

Transaction Assurance & Review

• Validate accuracy and completeness of financial models, valuations, and transaction assumptions

• Ensure commercial and operational diligence documentation meets IC and investor standards

• Review risk assessments and deal structures for consistency and compliance

• Provide transaction-level quality assurance for ongoing and completed deals

Reporting & Documentation

• Draft summary reports of transaction findings

• Document review observations, red flags, and recommendations

• Track corrections, updates, and approvals to maintain verified deal records

Note: Partners may only perform work in categories they are approved for. Approvals are earned through assessment and performance—not tenure.

How Partners Start Earning

1. Complete the Transaction Review Partner Certification Assessment or approved training

2. Receive category-specific approvals (Transaction Assurance, Review, Reporting)

3. Get verified on the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin earning immediately through hourly projects and live deal review work

No cold applying. No unpaid “experience.” Verified partners are actively promoted to investors and deal sponsors.

Certification & Eligibility

To qualify, candidates must meet at least one of the following:

• Score 70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment

• Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training

• Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)

Analyst Rating Score

Each partner receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score, which determines:

• Visibility on the platform

• Approved work categories

• Recommended hourly rates

Scores reflect accuracy, diligence, and performance in transaction review, assurance, and reporting.

Compensation & Deal Terms

• Partners are independent contractors, not employees

• Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level

• Partners may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees

• Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction

• Payments issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection

• Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality, compliance, or performance issues

Transaction Review Partners do not:

• Provide investment advice

• Solicit or sell securities

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated or fiduciary capacity

All work is strictly limited to analytical, review, and assurance functions, in compliance with applicable securities laws.
