A leading middle-market investment bank or corporate development team may seek a Transaction Sourcing Coordinator to identify, track, and manage potential transactions. Identify and qualify potential M&A, investment, and capital market opportunities
Maintain a structured deal pipeline and track transactions from lead generation to evaluation

Collaborate with deal teams and senior bankers to align sourcing strategy with firm objectives
Prepare opportunity briefs, market insight reports, and internal presentations

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
Strong analytical, quantitative, and research skills
