The Transaction Support Specialist assists investment and operations teams by managing the end-to-end execution of transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion. The role involves monitoring transaction workflows, preparing documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting investment execution and operational processes.
This position requires close collaboration with deal teams, legal, finance, and portfolio management teams.
Support the execution and closing of investment transactions, including private equity, venture capital, and credit deals
Prepare, review, and maintain transaction documentation, contracts, and regulatory filings
Coordinate with internal teams, counterparties, and service providers to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing
Monitor transaction timelines, milestones, and deliverables to identify potential bottlenecks or risks
Assist with post-closing processes, including reconciliations, fund allocations, and reporting
Maintain transaction databases, dashboards, and tracking tools to provide transparency and operational insights
Ensure compliance with internal policies, fund guidelines, and regulatory requirements
Prepare daily, weekly, and ad-hoc transaction and status reports for senior management
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field
Strong understanding of investment transactions, deal structures, and operational workflows
Experience or coursework in transaction support, fund operations, or investment execution (preferred but not required)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with databases, SQL, or workflow management tools is a plus
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Interest in investment operations, transaction management, and process optimization
