The Role
The firm is seeking a Transactional Associate Attorney to handle a diverse transactional workload. This role offers significant responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys in a collegial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and interpret governing documents, statutes, case law, contracts, insurance policies, and real estate-related documents.
Draft and revise a variety of transactional and advisory documents, including contracts, opinion letters, policies, governance documents, and related agreements.
Conduct legal research and provide well-reasoned written and verbal guidance to clients.
Participate in negotiations and assist in resolving legal matters efficiently and strategically.
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding matter status and strategy via phone, email, written correspondence, and in-person meetings.
Attend meetings as needed, including occasional evening commitments.
