A growing boutique law firm is seeking a highly organized and experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a busy litigation practice focused on insurance defense, construction defects, claims, promissory notes, and related litigation matters. Key Responsibilities

• Manage litigation files from inception through trial preparation
• Draft, prepare, and file legal documents
• Coordinate discovery, subpoenas, and document production
• Maintain case calendars and litigation deadlines
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and hearing coordination
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and experts
• Organize and manage case documentation and exhibits
• Support attorneys with case strategy and administrative litigation tasks

Qualifications

Required

• Experience as a Litigation Paralegal in insurance defense, construction litigation, or related practice areas
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures and court filings
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
• Stable work history with interest in long-term growth

Preferred

• Experience supporting construction defect or insurance defense attorneys
• Experience working in fast-paced boutique law firms

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $60,000 – $120,000 (depending on experience)
