Greenberg Traurig’s Philadelphia office is seeking a mid-level Associate with 3-6 years of law firm experience to join its globally recognized Environmental Practice Group. We offer a competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.

Practice Summary: This position works with the transactions team, which focuses on environmental diligence and the mitigation of environmental risks associated with the acquisition, development, management, leasing, financing, and sale of commercial real estate. The group has a multi-jurisdictional practice and oversees environmental diligence and risk management for many leading national real estate investment funds.  This includes evaluating environmental risk, overseeing related regulatory compliance programs, structuring brownfield redevelopment efforts, and negotiating the environmental aspects of sophisticated deals across multiple jurisdictions.
