A bit about us:

Our client is a respected law firm with a strong transactional real estate practice that advises developers, property owners, and community associations on sophisticated condominium and homeowner association matters. The firm is known for providing practical, business‑minded legal counsel throughout the lifecycle of residential and mixed‑use developments, from initial planning through turnover and ongoing governance.

This company’s attorneys regularly work on complex transactional matters involving condominium regimes, planned communities, and homeowner associations, collaborating closely with real estate, corporate, and finance teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

Why join us?

This role offers a unique opportunity for an attorney who wants to focus on high‑level transactional HOA and condominium work without the constraints of a volume‑driven practice. Attorneys are given direct responsibility, consistent client interaction, and exposure to complex development projects.
Associates and counsel at our client’s firm benefit from:

  • Hands‑on involvement with sophisticated real estate and community association transactions
  • Direct collaboration with developers, property owners, and internal deal teams
  • A collegial, professional environment that values efficiency and sound judgment
  • The ability to build deep subject‑matter expertise in condominium and HOA law
  • Long‑term career development within a stable and well‑regarded practice group
