This role focuses on a broad range of transactional matters, including contract drafting and negotiation, business formation, corporate governance, and general business advisory services. The ideal candidate is proactive, responsive, and capable of managing multiple matters while delivering high-quality legal work and client service.Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including service agreements, vendor contracts, and NDAsAdvise clients on business formation, entity structuring, and corporate governance mattersSupport mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions as neededConduct legal research and provide practical, business-oriented guidance to clientsCollaborate with attorneys and staff across practice areas to support client needsManage client relationships and communicate effectively regarding ongoing mattersQualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an American Bar Association-accredited law schoolGood standing and can practice law in the state of CaliforniaA genuine enthusiasm and passion for the practice of law and a strong commitment to achieving the best results for clients through aggressive and practical lawyeringThe ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and focus on activities that contribute to successful case resolution and firm profitabilityA proven ability to work effectively with colleagues, build strong professional relationships, and contribute to a positive, drama-free work environmentDemonstrated ability to act with integrity, fostering trust and confidence among teammates and firm leadershipA self-motivated and goal-oriented approach to work with a track record of meeting billable hour expectations (1800 billable hours requirement with a portion to be used for Business Development)#J-18808-Ljbffr
