Now Hiring: Transactional Business & Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Strictly In-Office)

Experience: 5+ Years

Salary: $125,000 – $135,000

The Opportunity

A well-established and highly respected Pittsburgh-based law firm is seeking a motivated Business and Real Estate Associate to join its growing practice. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior partners on a sophisticated range of corporate and real estate matters for a diverse regional and national client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transactional Drafting: Prepare and negotiate complex corporate contracts, joint venture agreements, and commercial real estate documents.

  • Client Advocacy: Provide strategic legal counsel to clients regarding business operations and commercial transactions.

  • M&A and Finance: Handle entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and various financing structures.

  • Project Management: Independently manage multiple files across various legal disciplines while ensuring deadlines are met with precision.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years of corporate and transactional law experience within a law firm environment.

  • Credentials: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with a strong academic background.

  • Licensure: Must be a member in good standing of the Pennsylvania Bar.

  • Professionalism: High-level presentation skills and a polished, client-facing demeanor.

  • Collaboration: A strong work ethic with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team structure.

  • Skill Set: Excellent research, writing, and interpersonal communication abilities.
