Hybrid Remote Work Environment

YOUR TYPICAL DAY...

Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their goals and provide smart, strategic legal advice.
Navigate a diverse range of real estate deals from acquisitions and dispositions to leasing and development projects
Advise clients on real estate financing strategies, including both debt and equity structures.
Manage complex agreements like purchase contracts, leases, and financing document
Spearhead the entire closing process, ensuring smooth and successful transactions.
