Role Summary<\/b>
<\/div>• Support M&A, acquisitions, and divestitures on the tax side
<\/div>
• Partnership and LLC structuring, joint ventures, and entity -level planning
<\/div>
• Private equity and fund formation support, plus financing and capital markets tax issues
<\/div>
• Real estate tax work, including fund formation and REIT -adjacent matters
<\/div>
<\/div>
Candidate Profile<\/b>
<\/div>• JD 2022–2023 with 3–4 years of general transactional tax experience
<\/div>
• Able to manage substantial components of transactions with appropriate supervision
<\/div>
• Strong writing and clear, practical advice for deal teams
<\/div>
• Bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly) required
<\/div>
