Job Title: Transactions Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Transactions Coordinator to join our team in the McLean area with pay starting at 80k. As a Transactions Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of real estate transactions from initial contract to closing. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all transactions are processed efficiently and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of real estate transactions
- Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and third parties involved in the transaction process
- Review contracts and ensure accuracy and completeness of all transaction documents
- Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other transaction-related activities
- Update and maintain transaction records and databases
- Ensure timely and smooth closing of transactions
Qualifications:
