Appointment: Regular, full-time (1.0 FTE) position.

This position is based in Tacoma, WA, and is an on-campus role only.

Position Summary:
The offices expert in complex academic interpretation, responsible for evaluating and articulating all academic work earned outside the university, and ensuring accurate application of external education policy. This position serves as the institutional authority for applying external academic rules, directly influencing student time-to-degree and enrollment decisions. The Transfer & External Education Coordinator is critical to meeting enrollment goals by ensuring a smooth, accurate, and compliant credit evaluation process for all incoming students.

The anticipated range for this position is $23.55 to $23.92. Decisions about starting salaries are made based on the extent and relatedness of the candidates education and experience and on internal equity and market considerations.
