This role involves safely operating an Asphalt Transfer Machine to ensure continuous and quality asphalt delivery during paving projects.
Responsibilities include controlling material flow, monitoring temperature and mix quality, coordinating with truck drivers and paver operators, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and following safety protocols.
Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience with material transfer vehicles, strong coordination and communication skills, basic mechanical knowledge, and a commitment to safety.
Education required is a high school diploma or equivalent. Daily travel is necessary.
