Job Title: Transfer Program Manager
Location: Rockford, IL
Work Model: Onsite
Duration: 12+Months
Experience: 6-8+ Years
Rate: $40-$45/hr

Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Transfer Program Manager to lead end-to-end industrial and manufacturing transfer activities from the Phoenix site to customer network locations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manufacturing transfer, industrialization, project planning, scheduling, budget management, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing/industrial transfer programs.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track project progress, costs, budgets, and overall program performance.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, and external stakeholders.
• Serve as a key point of contact between sending and receiving sites.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues proactively.
• Participate in program governance meetings and provide regular status reports.
• Ensure transfer activities meet quality, safety, production, and operational standards.
• Support industrialization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive successful execution of transfer milestones within scope, schedule, and budget.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Manufacturing/Industrial Transfer Program Management.
• Experience with end-to-end transfer planning and execution.
• Strong project scheduling and milestone tracking skills.
• Experience with budget management and cost control.
• Strong risk management and mitigation experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, production, supply chain, and industrialization processes.
• Experience with MS Project, Primavera, or similar project scheduling tools.
• Strong cross-functional and customer/vendor stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Aerospace manufacturing experience.
• Experience with Collins or similar aerospace organizations.
• OE/industrial transfer program experience.
• Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement experience.
• Multi-site or international manufacturing transfer experience.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong experience in manufacturing/industrial transfer or industrialization program management.
