Position Summary
Winston-Salem State University is seeking a dedicated professional to support transfer students and adult learners in achieving their academic goals. The Transfer Recruiter and Credit Articulator plays a crucial role in attracting and enrolling transfer students. This position involves identifying and recruiting potential transfer students from community colleges and other institutions. The role also requires evaluating transfer credits, ensuring smooth academic transitions, and building strong relationships with community college partners.
This position will support the academic success of transfer and adult students by:
Recruitment and Enrollment Activities: Identifying and recruiting potential transfer students from community colleges and other institutions, developing outreach activities, and developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
Transfer Credit Articulation Activities: Ensuring transfer credits are accurately assessed and applied to degree programs in alignment with institutional policies and academic standards.
Data Mart Activities: Assist with the UNC Student Data Mart activities, contributing to the accurate and timely reporting of student data.
Office of the Registrar Activities: Supporting Office of the Registrar related activities, particularly during peak times.
