What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Life Sciences discipline such as Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Physiology.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably within biotech, pharma, or medical devices industries.
- Familiarity with GMP/regulated environments and strict SOP adherence.
- Basic knowledge of Lean principles; experience with Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Foundational troubleshooting, technical problem-solving, and scientific method application experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams.
- Eagerness to learn, with a growth mindset and proactive attitude.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with process validation and equipment that supports reagent/formulation manufacturing.
- Knowledge of statistical tools (e.g., Minitab) for data analysis.
- Prior exposure to quality compliance, audit procedures, and documentation best practices.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in a Life Sciences discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing setting or laboratory environment.
