What You'll Do

• Safely operate heavy equipment such as compactors, dozers, excavators, and graders
• Assist with loading and unloading materials
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment
• Direct onsite traffic to maintain safety and efficiency
• Identify and address potential hazards
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with drivers and team members

What We're Looking For

• Experience operating heavy equipment (compactors, dozers, excavators, graders)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong safety mindset and attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to communicate in English for safety purposes (Spanish is a plus)
• Ability to work in environments with dust, noise, odors, and typical landfill conditions
