What You’ll Do
+ Safely operate heavy equipment such as compactors, dozers, excavators, and graders
+ Assist with loading and unloading materials
+ Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment
+ Direct onsite traffic to maintain safety and efficiency
+ Identify and address potential hazards
+ Maintain a clean, organized work environment
+ Provide excellent customer service when interacting with drivers and team members
What We’re Looking For
+ Experience operating heavy equipment (compactors, dozers, excavators, graders)
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
+ Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
+ Strong safety mindset and attention to detail
+ Effective communication and teamwork skills
+ Ability to communicate in English for safety purposes (Spanish is a plus)
+ Ability to work in environments with dust, noise, odors, and typical landfill conditions
