Transformation Analyst - ASC Operations

• Full-Time, 40 hours per week.
• Monday - Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm.
• Location: Downers Grove, IL. Must be willing to be on-site at least three days per week.

Duly's Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) organization is dedicated to advancing surgical care through operational excellence, financial discipline, and data-driven decision-making across our growing ASC portfolio. Reporting to the Manager of Strategic Initiatives, the ASC Transformation Analyst's primary responsibility is to provide daily analytical and project support across Duly's ASCs, driving improvements in profitability, block utilization, cost, and program performance.

This role is responsible for building and maintaining the analytics that inform ASC decision-making, executing transformation initiatives, and helping translate strategy into measurable operational results. The Analyst will collaborate across ASC leadership, finance, clinical operations, and physician stakeholders to ensure successful execution.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Leverage analytical and strategic thinking to support the design and execution of ASC transformation initiatives.
• Provide daily analytical support across the ASC portfolio, including profitability analysis by site, service line, and physician.
• Support block optimization — proper block allocation, utilization tracking, and related insights.
• Identify and analyze operational improvement and cost savings opportunities across ASC sites.
• Track and maintain analytics for the ASC physician bonus program.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and scorecards to monitor ASC performance against organizational goals.
• Support preparation of executive-level communications and presentations highlighting ASC performance and strategic outcomes.
• Present data and analysis to leadership in a clear, decision-ready format.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate across diverse teams — finance, analytics, clinical operations, and physician leadership — to drive initiatives to completion.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
• Experience
  • 2+  years of experience in analytics, consulting, operations, or a related field required.
  • Healthcare or ASC experience preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required; experience with Power BI, SQL, or similar tools a plus.

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $74,000-91,000 with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
