VARITE is looking for qualified Transformation PMO Analyst / Associate Program Manager (Remote)

Job Title: Transformation PMO Analyst / Associate Program Manager
Location: Remote
Contract Duration: 2.5 months with possible extension
Pay Range: $60.00/hr. to $66.90/hr. on W2
Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card only
 
Note: Open to remote candidates all over the USA
 
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO
Duties:

• Track milestones, deliverables, and KPIs for enterprise programs.
• Build reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive stakeholders.
• Support workshops, stakeholder sessions, and communications.
• Conduct benchmarking, research, and analysis to inform decisions.
• Create and maintain documentation and program repositories.

 
Skills:

• 2–5 years of experience in program management, operations, or consulting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Experience with Project Management tools highly preferred - MS Project, Workfront, SharePoint, etc.

 
Education:

• College degree or equivalent.
