Job Description
Job Title: Transformation Project Coordinator
Location: Remote
Pay Rate: $60/hr
Duration: 1 year with possible extension
Support the coordination and execution of business transformation projects focused on Artificial Intelligence, Power Automate, Machine Learning, process improvement, and automation initiatives. Assist with project planning, requirements gathering, milestone tracking, risk management, documentation, testing, implementation readiness, and adoption activities. Maintain project plans, trackers, decision logs, and action items while coordinating across business, technology, marketing, and external partner teams. Support automation initiatives designed to improve processes, reduce cycle time, and enhance user experience.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
- High school diploma/GED with 3+ years of relevant project coordination, process improvement, operations, technology support, or business support experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, process improvement, operations, technology support, marketing operations, or business support
- Project planning, milestone tracking, risk tracking, and action-item management
- Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Experience supporting business process, technology, or automation projects
- Requirements gathering and project documentation
- Interest or hands-on exposure to AI, automation, Power Automate, or Machine Learning
- Experience supporting testing, implementation readiness, training, or adoption for technology/automation solutions
- Experience working with cross-functional or matrixed project teams
Preferred Skills
- SharePoint and collaboration platforms
- Project tracking and project management tools
- Agile methodologies / Agile concepts
- Experience with Power Automate
- Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or business automation
- Financial services, marketing operations, technology delivery, or business transformation experience
- Experience supporting automation/process optimization initiatives
