The Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and successful delivery of clinical and operational projects to ensure alignment with health system objectives. This role coordinates cross-functional clinical, administrative, and support teams, manages project resources, and monitors progress to proactively identify and mitigate risks. The Project Manager communicates key milestones, project status, and outcomes to stakeholders, including clinical leadership and senior executives, while maintaining comprehensive project documentation. Responsibilities include facilitating stakeholder engagement, ensuring projects align with healthcare quality and safety standards, and driving continuous improvement through effective project management practices across the health system.
