Transformer Service Project Manager

Reinhausen Inc. - Remote - Technical Service

What awaits you:

• You manage transformer service projects from quotation to execution, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
• You lead technical sales efforts and support coordinators with complex turnkey quotations
• You oversee multiple concurrent projects and guide service teams to meet deadlines and quality standards
• You maintain project documentation, track financials, and report results to management
• You build strong client relationships and negotiate change orders effectively

What you bring to the table:

• You have a degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in transformer service and maintenance
• You bring at least 3 years of project management experience and 5+ years in technical engineering or transformer installation
• You are familiar with electrical systems wiring and metal fabrication (a plus)
• You demonstrate strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
• You are willing to travel and can lift 35-60 lbs
