The position will coordinate activities related to the Benefits section of Human Resource Management. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating benefits and records. Essential Position Functions & Duties: 100% Scanning Documents in Laserfiche. Scanning and filing in PeopleSoft. Verifications Updating end dates and personal information (address, phone number, etc) in PeopleSoft. Sending monthly transient notifications and performing query updates. Sending correspondence to retirees requesting updated benefits information and updating retirees'' Medicare numbers in PeopleSoft. Calling third-party vendors for information.
