Stantecs Transportation practice in Southern California is seeking a Project Manager with Account Management responsibilities to support LA Metro and other Southern California transit agencies. This role is based in Los Angeles, California and focuses exclusively on California transit clients.
Your Opportunity
This role blends project management leadership with account management support for major public transit agencies in Southern California, including LA Metro and other local and regional transit authorities. You will manage the delivery of transit and transportation projects while helping strengthen client relationships, support account planning, and position Stantec for continued growth in the California transit market.
You will work closely with project teams, account managers, business development leaders, and technical specialists across Stantecs Transportation practice to deliver high‑quality work, ensure client satisfaction, and support strategic growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
Perform project management duties on transit and transportation projects, including client and subconsultant coordination, schedule and budget management, and quality control.
Serve as the primary client contact on assigned projects, ensuring client needs are met in a timely and cost‑effective manner.
Lead and be responsible for the preparation and delivery of technical documents, including engineering drawings, reports, cost estimates, specifications, and construction support deliverables.
