Duties and Responsibilities:
- Walk and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Wear body armor, duty belt with handcuffs, radio, flashlight, and first aid kit
- Engage in high volume face-to-face public interactions
- Write detailed and accurate incident report
- Maintain a physical presence as a deterrent to illegal activity
- Ensure safety and security of site staff and visitors
- Provide empathetic approach to managing escalated situations
- Contribute to the overall experience by providing superior customer care
Requirements:
- Are at least 21 years of age
- Have a minimum of 2 years Security or Military experience
- Have a valid WA STATE driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Are able to provide proof of High School diploma, GED or higher education
- Possess a valid Washington State Security License
Skill set:
- Have effective verbal and written communication skills
- Enjoy working with the public and providing excellent customer service
