We are seeking a Transitional Planner II to join our ReentryWorks unit. ReentryWorks seeks to improve reentry outcomes for people returning to NYC by assessing their specialized needs and connecting them with appropriate services prior to their release from NYS prisons. This role would be based in our Newburgh office but would have a hybrid work schedule: 1-2 days per week in a nearby NYS prison (within ~35 miles), 1-2 days in our Newburgh office, and the rest remote work. *Remote schedules are subject to change with or without notice.
This position requires clearance by the New York State Department of Correction and Community Supervision (DOCCS). Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain Department of Correction and Community Supervision (DOCCS) clearance to work in facilities operated by the Department of Correction and Community Supervision (DOCCS).
Salary: $29.67-$30.89 an hour
