Job Summary:

The Transloader is a critical member of Quality Carriers team. This position will load chemicals into trailers and restocking chemicals . Ideal candidate will have good mechanical aptitude, holds no fear of heights and has ability to climb Tanks 34 tall and Railcars 15 tall.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Load Chemicals into Truck/Trailers for Shipments
• Restock Chemical Inventory into Storage Tanks from Railcars, Trucks and Trailers
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Skill and Abilities:

• Ability to work outside year round
• Strong Safety awareness
• Strong Mechanical aptitude
• Good communication skills and great people skills
• Understanding equipment utilization
• Knowledge of DOT and applicable Federal Regulation

Education and Experience :

• Transportation / tanker Industry experience
• Experience within the oil and gas or chemical industry
• High school or GED required

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

• This is a full-time position, and days of work are Monday through Friday

• This position may require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping or crouching. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 20 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
