Transmission and Utilities Engineering Project Manager Freese & Nichols is seeking a Transmission and Utilities Engineering Project Manager to lead complex water and wastewater projects from concept through completion in Atlanta or Columbus, Georgia.Responsibilities Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects using earned value management principles.Supervise multi-discipline teams of engineers, technicians, GIS analysts, designers, CAD staff, and sub‑consultants.Coordinate assigned work to ensure continuity, consistency, and quality.Design and review calculations, seal drawings, and prepare reports.Work independently and mentor junior staff.Maintain effective communication with clients, client staff, regulatory agencies, and project teams.Participate in business development activities including scope and fee preparation, proposal preparation, and marketing efforts.Commit to client service for internal and external stakeholders.Qualifications 6+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering and project management.Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.Georgia Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to become registered within 6 months.Demonstrated technical proficiency in hydraulics and industry standards.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Equal Employment Opportunity Freese & Nichols is firmly committed to EEO and prohibits employment discrimination for employees and applicants based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, pregnancy, genetic information, disability, status as a protected veteran, or any other protected category under applicable federal, state, and local laws.#J-18808-Ljbffr
