Transmission Asset Management Engineer

Role and Scope of Position
This role supports development of the Transmission Capital Program with a focus on identifying, prioritizing, and advancing transmission asset condition projects to shovel ready status. The position plays a central role in maintaining a balanced, forward looking capital plan that mitigates financial volatility and supports long term system reliability.

Essential Functions
1. Identify and prioritize transmission asset condition projects for capital investment
2. Support one year and five year transmission capital planning efforts
3. Collaborate with Project Solutions, Engineering and Project Management to advance projects to readiness milestones
4. Analyze asset condition, lifecycle data, and performance metrics
5. Support continuous improvement of capital planning and readiness processes by ensuring integration and coordination with shelf-ready projects into the base capital planning process.
