    Do you have experience directing concrete construction projects? We are hiring a Crew Lead for our Internal Construction group! In this role, you will guide substation construction structural activities, in a high-voltage environment. Guide your crew across our service territory, with paid overnight travel.     How You'll Contribute

    • Lead your substation construction crew daily activities in project execution.
    • Ensure crew safety through established safety procedures and protocols.
    • Serve as the on-site leader for all crew members, in absence of supervisors.
    • Give detailed reporting of construction status to leadership.

    How You're Qualified

    • Seven or more years of experience in electrical or mechanical equipment installation, maintenance or repair in a high-voltage environment or transmission line installation, maintenance or repair.
    • A degree(s) in electrical power theory, electronics, instrumentation, controls, industrial or mechanical maintenance or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
    • Class A Texas commercial driver's license
