Campos EPC is seeking a talented Transmission Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in the engineering, design, and analysis of high-voltage transmission line projects, helping deliver reliable power infrastructure across the country. Key Responsibilities:
Design and engineer high-voltage transmission lines (69kV-500kV) using PLS-CADD.
Prepare construction packages, including:
Plan and profile drawings.
Structure loading trees.
Foundation drawings.
Assembly drawings.
Perform detailed engineering analyses to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency.
Provide technical and field support during construction activities.
Plan, schedule, coordinate, and execute transmission engineering projects.
Apply sound engineering judgment in evaluating and adapting engineering methods and procedures.
Develop practical solutions to complex engineering challenges.
Ensure compliance with applicable industry codes, standards, and client requirements.
Support project studies, technical reports, and cross-functional collaboration.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
Experience:
3+ years of transmission line engineering experience.
Proficiency with PLS-CADD required.
Experience with transmission line design and construction documentation preferred.
Compensation:
Engineer II:
3 to 6 years of experience.
Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000.
Engineer III:
6 to 13 years of experience.
Salary Range: $115,000 - $150,000.
