Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible.HDR Engineering is currently seeking a Transmission Line Project Manager to join our growing Power Delivery team.Responsibilities Managing and leading projects and programs throughout the entire life cycle.Working independently and/or directing, mentoring, training, and/or supervising one or more Project Engineers, EITs, Coordinators, Designers, CADD Technicians, and administrative staff.Providing project team member oversight over workload, schedule, quality, utilization, morale, and performance.Overseeing non-engineering components of projects and programs, such as public engagement, agency engagement, permitting, right of way acquisition, and construction management.Leading the QA/QC process per HDR's Quality Management Systems (QMS) requirements.Supporting client management and business development activities with existing and target clients in the region and beyond.Coordinating with leadership and Talent Acquisition to develop a hiring plan to grow the group.Ability to work across multiple offices to execute projects.Represent HDR to support marketing and proposal development for new opportunities.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering, related field or equivalent experience.FE, PE license preferred, PMP in lieu of PE.Bachelor's degree in related field7 years related experienceA minimum of 2 years project management experienceExcellent organizational, project management and communication skills (written and verbal)Active participation in our employee-owned cultureWhat We Believe / Our Commitment HDR is our company.
