We are looking for an experienced and motivated Transmission Technician to join our growing service department. This is a union position, offering excellent pay and benefits. If you have expertise in diagnosing and repairing automatic and manual transmissions we want to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and rebuild automatic and manual transmissions on all makes and models
- Perform complete transmission overhauls, clutch replacements, and driveline repairs
- Use advanced diagnostic tools and factory software to troubleshoot issues
- Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Transmission Technician (Ford or other OEM experience preferred but not required)
- ASE or manufacturer certifications (a plus, but not required)
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Ability to rebuild transmissions and perform complex repairs
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
