ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for a detail-oriented Transmission Analyst to monitor transaction flows, analyze system performance, and ensure the reliable delivery of transactions across internal systems and partner networks. In this role, you will work closely with Operations, IT, Engineering, and external partners to identify issues, resolve incidents, and continuously improve transaction reliability and operational efficiency.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor end-to-end transaction flows across multiple systems and partner integrations to ensure accuracy, continuity, and performance.
- Analyze transaction logs, alerts, and system indicators to identify errors, anomalies, and potential risks.
- Investigate transaction failures, performance issues, and data inconsistencies, escalating incidents when necessary.
- Utilize monitoring and reporting tools such as Grafana, Kibana, and internal platforms to track system health and operational metrics.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners through email and ticketing systems, providing timely updates on incidents and resolutions.
- Prepare and maintain reports on transaction activity, partner performance, issue trends, and operational KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, enhance system reliability, and support continuous operational excellence.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in transaction monitoring, payments operations, system analysis, or a similar operational environment.
- Hands-on experience with log analysis, performance monitoring, and reporting activities.
- Familiarity with Grafana, Kibana, or similar monitoring and visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a proactive and customer-focused approach.
