The Kootenai County Sheriffs Office is now accepting applications from retired and currently certified law enforcement professionals for multiple part-time temporary Transport Deputy positions at the Kootenai County Jail in beautiful Coeur dAlene, Idaho.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must:

• Be a current or retired certified detention, corrections, or peace officer.
• Possess a valid drivers license and be insurable.
• Be able to pass the Idaho POST physical agility test.
• Be able to pass a stringent background investigation to include a polygraph examination, medical examination and a psychological evaluation.
