Transport Refrigeration Service Technician

Interstate Power Systems is seeking an experienced Transport Refrigeration Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain Carrier Transicold, Thermo King, and APU systems for over-the-road trucks and trailers.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair Carrier and Thermo King refrigeration units
- Service and troubleshoot APUs, diesel engines, electrical, and climate control systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
- Utilize diagnostic software and OEM troubleshooting tools
- Repair electrical, refrigeration, and control system components
- Document repairs and ensure compliance with safety standards
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of transport refrigeration experience
- Strong Carrier and Thermo King diagnostic and repair skills
- Experience working on APUs
- Knowledge of diesel, electrical, HVAC, and refrigeration systems
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and service manuals
- EPA Refrigerant Certification preferred
- Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred
