Account Manager (Transportation / Driver Manager)

Boardman, OH

Salary: $60,000 - $62,500 per year

Account Manager Responsibilities

• Monday - Friday 7:00am-4:00pm
• Full Time- Logistics & Fleet Operations
• Assign routes and communicate daily assignments to drivers
• Ensure drivers and equipment remain compliant with DOT, OSHA, and company regulations
• Communicate network issues, route changes, and delivery updates
• Manage driver call-offs and vacation coverage
• Interview and help onboard new drivers
• Coordinate truck repair and maintenance needs
• Verify driver schedules and ensure route coverage
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and drivers
