Job Title: Transportation Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC

Salary Range: $22.35/hr

Introduction

The position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of bulk customer orders at the TMS (Transportation Management System) level. This involves managing customer interactions, validating order details, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in using Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Familiarity with bulk product handling and delivery processes.
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage and contact bulk customers to validate order accuracy at the TMS level.
• Document all customer contacts according to the call script guidelines.
• Perform data updates in the TMS and communicate changes via email to customer service.
• Verify all order information to maintain order integrity.
• Collaborate closely with the bulk control tower team and follow directions as needed.
