Now Hiring: Junior Transportation Associate Attorney
Pittsburgh, PA and Canonsburg PA

Salary will be based on the candidate's experience and other job-related factors, in accordance with applicable law.

We're seeking a Transportation Litigation Associate with 3-8 years of experience to join our Pittsburgh, PA and Canonsburg PA office. This is a full-time, in-office role designed for a driven attorney looking for long-term growth within a collaborative and client-focused environment.

MUST HAVE: Active Pennsylvania Law License

About Our Transportation Practice Group:
We assist transportation and logistics companies with the full range of business challenges and evolving legal issues surrounding the movement of people, products, and goods.
Our multi-disciplinary team represents and defends transportation clients-including trucking and logistics companies, warehouses, and related industries-in complex litigation, regulatory matters, and compliance challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in transportation and commercial vehicle litigation
• Handle all phases of litigation: discovery, depositions, motion practice, trial prep
• Draft legal documents and provide strategic case assessments
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance and liability exposure
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on high-profile cases

Qualifications:

• Active PA Bar License (REQUIRED)
• 3-8 years of litigation experience in transportation
• Excellent legal research, writing, and courtroom skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
• Strong client communication and interpersonal skills

Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
