The Transportation Business Leader will shape that future. With an opportunity to build from the ground up. Reporting to the President of Artheon, this executive will lead the strategy, performance, and continued evolution of the transportation business, unifying three organizations into one high-performing enterprise while expanding market presence, strengthening client relationships, developing exceptional leaders, and driving both organic growth and strategic acquisitions and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Position Summary
Reporting to the President of Artheon, the Transportation Business Leader is responsible for the overall strategy, financial performance, operational excellence, culture, and external market presence of the transportation business.
This executive will own and provide full P&L leadership while overseeing business development, organizational integration, client relationships, talent development, and operational execution. Success requires a leader who combines strategic vision with operational discipline-someone who can grow the business, build exceptional teams, and deliver outstanding results for clients and employees alike.

The base salary range for this role is indicated in the posting. This range reflects the company's good faith estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location.
