Transportation Administrative Coordinator
Location: Fremont, CA (Onsite)
Duration: Approximately 7.5 Months (Contract, extension possible)

Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Transportation Administrative Coordinator to support a high-volume transportation operation. This role is responsible for payroll processing, timecard management, DOT compliance administration, driver documentation, reporting, and general clerical support for the transportation team.
Responsibilities
- Process and organize driver paperwork, logs, manifests, and vehicle inspection documents
- Review and manage timecards for 130+ drivers
- Process payroll through ADP
- Answer phones, route calls, and handle inquiries
- Research and resolve driver and delivery-related issues
- Maintain Driver Qualification files and required DOT documentation
- Monitor driver license status, medical cards, violation records, and motor vehicle reports
- Review driver logs and violations through onboard systems
- Run daily operational and transportation reports
- Monitor and process driver camera events for coaching and documentation
- Create and manage purchase orders
- Perform additional administrative and operational support duties as assigned
Required Skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume operations or administrative environment
- Experience reviewing and managing large-volume employee timecards
- Payroll processing experience using ADP
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and CDL driver documentation requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
