About the Role Supporting the transportation operations of a well-established logistics company, the Transportation Coordinator will coordinate routes, communicate with customers and team members, and keep the day-to-day running smoothly. The right person is detail-oriented, works well with others, and is comfortable using computers and technology.

What You'll Do
Support daily transportation operations and administrative tasks.
Use our electronic dispatch system to coordinate transportation activities.
Communicate professionally with customers, drivers, and coworkers.
Keep schedules, records, and other information organized and up to date.
Handle multiple tasks while staying organized and meeting deadlines.
Help solve scheduling challenges and adjust plans when needed.
Work closely with the transportation team and brokers to provide excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous transportation industry experience is strongly preferred.
Advanced computer skills and the ability to learn an electronic dispatch system.
Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
A positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
Ability to think through challenges and adjust as priorities change
