About the Role
Supporting the transportation operations of a well-established logistics company, the Transportation Coordinator will coordinate routes, communicate with customers and team members, and keep the day-to-day running smoothly. The right person is detail-oriented, works well with others, and is comfortable using computers and technology.

What You'll Do
  • Support daily transportation operations and administrative tasks.
  • Use our electronic dispatch system to coordinate transportation activities.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, drivers, and coworkers.
  • Keep schedules, records, and other information organized and up to date.
  • Handle multiple tasks while staying organized and meeting deadlines.
  • Help solve scheduling challenges and adjust plans when needed.
  • Work closely with the transportation team and brokers to provide excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous transportation industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced computer skills and the ability to learn an electronic dispatch system.
  • Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
  • Ability to think through challenges and adjust as priorities change
