As a Transport Coordinator in Cairo, you'll be a part of creating and delivering amazing employee experiences while you also #ExperienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.What you’ll be Doing:The role is responsible for coordinating shift-based transport operations, including route planning, vehicle utilization, and real-time adjustments. It requires on-time performance while supporting ramp-ups, new campaigns, and seasonal demand fluctuations. The role also places strong focus on ensuring reliable and secure transport services for all employees while managing escalations and employee concerns.You will form part of a greater team and report to the Transport Manager within the Facilities Department.During a Typical Day you will:Coordinating shift-based transport operationsRoute planning and vehicle utilizationManage real-time operational changes (absenteeism, overtime, peak volumes)Maintain on-time pick-up and drop-off performanceAdjust routes dynamically based on headcount fluctuationsSupport ramp-ups, new campaigns, and seasonal demand increasesCost control - monitor cost per seat, route optimization, and vehicle utilizationReviewing and validating trip sheetsReviewing and validating vendor invoicesData reporting using transport management systemHandling escalations and incident investigationAddress employee complaints and incident reports promptlyEnsure vehicle compliance, driver vetting, and safety standardsEnsure safe, secure, and reliable transport for all employeesMaintain proper documentation and record keepingEducation | ExperienceUniversity Degree3+ years’ experience in transportExperience in a BPO, call center, or 24/7 high-volume operational environment (highly preferred)Solid inbound and outbound transport operations experienceStrong geographical, logistical, and transport knowledge across CairoStrong proficiency in MS Excel with a good understanding and experience working with booking systems and operational toolsAbout TTECOur business is about making customers happy.
