Transportation Coordinator/Customer Service

Join a trusted leader in wine and spirits logistics that is a premier third-party logistics (3PL) provider serving the New Jersey and New York metro markets with over 400,000 square feet of state-of-the-art warehouse space. Pay: $20.00-$22.00/hour (Non-Exempt)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Job Duties & Responsibilities

-Coordinate daily communication with carriers and drayage companies while scheduling inbound and outbound shipments.
-Check in delivery drivers, verify required documentation, assign dock doors, and print Bills of Lading (BOLs).
-Maintain shipment schedules, pallet exchange records, bonded container documentation, and process pallet/accessorial payments.
-Partner with Operations and Customer Service to resolve shipment discrepancies and ensure timely communication.

Required Skills & Experience

-Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel, along with accurate data entry and typing skills.
-Ability to communicate effectively in English and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
-Self-motivated, safety-conscious, and able to remain seated for extended periods while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills & Experience

-Previous experience in transportation, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills.
